Some notes from today's run: Even if we hadn't wiped on lynx, we were very close down to the wire, an extra minute on the timer would have been very nice to have. I noticed 4 people with no flask or elixir before the run started. There's your extra minute. The bear run isn't "easy" even if we've done it ~6 times now, and a flask is a small price to pay for the most coveted mount in the game.
Or, I could also have not DC'ed on the bear boss, that woulda helped too.
