Yoursavior: Holy Priest COH
1) Character name: Yoursavior 2) Class/Spec: COH Holy Priest 20/41/0 3) Race: Dwarf 4) Current server (transfers are welcome, but let's talk first): Kul Tiras (born and raised) 5) Link to Armory profile, and explanation of anything that may not be readily apparent from your Armory profile (alternate sets of gear, currently PvP-specced, etc.) If you want us to take your Armory seriously, wear your best PvE gear: http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Kul+Tiras&n=Yoursavior If you look at this app right away, I am missing my whitemend hood because of the daily in nagrand. I do have S2 shoulders S4 gloves and offhand and am working on filling in my stam gaps with honor pieces 6) List of any serious alts you have (A serious alt is a potential raiding alt): Mercifulfate (my current main) 40/0/21 gnome mage http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Kul+Tiras&n=Mercifulfate 7) What are your usual playing hours? Are there days/times when you are consistently unavailable? What time zone are you in?: Eastern time zone. I usually log on around 5:30 server and play until the raid ends. Days are flexible as long as they are consistent. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are wide open. 8.) List the last two raiding guilds you were in, with an explanation of how and why you joined and left those guilds. In particular, why do you want to leave your current guild? I am currently in Legendary Soaks now with this toon. I joined under my main toon merc and pulled my priest along for the ride. He came in handy a bunch of times when we were short handed healers on T5 raids. Unfortunately, LS no longer raids and I am looking for a change of pace from DPS. Playing a mage is fun, but it is a constant gear race to squeeze out that extra three dps more than the other guys. It gets tiring trying to keep up with the Jones all the time. No offense to any mages out there reading this, but gear is more important than skill for a mage and that is getting a little frustrating. 9) What you do think your strengths and weaknesses in raiding are? What aspects of your character are you actively improving? Please link a WWS parse for one of your raids, if you have one. Strengths: I love to learn new things and I pick up on them quickly. I know what my role is during the raid and know the encounter before hand. I always come fully raid prepared. I have spec'd shadow up into 70 until the need arose for another healer. I have swapped between Improved Spirit and COH many times and know how to play both. 10) What is your raiding experience, both pre- and post-BC? I hit 60 when BC came out so I really have no pre-BC raid experience. I have raided SSC and TK with my priest. On my mage I have seen 5/6 ZA, 5/6 SSC, 3/4 TK, 4/5 MH, 5/9 BT. 11) Why do you want to join Lexington in particular? Lump me in the group with everyone else. I love to raid and experience end game content. Lexington has quite a reputation on Kul Tiras and I would like to experience that. And BarryB told me that you might be looking for a COH priest to fill in some gaps. Sorry for the name drop. 12) Is there anything special about your character that we should know that would be useful for raiding? I know how to dps and have played a shadow priest before but my dps gear is seriously lacking. It could be something that I could work on if needed. 13) Tell us a bit about yourself. How old are you? Do you work or go to school? How long have you played WoW? Add anything else you feel is relevant. I am a 33 year old that finally got my BS in computer science. Eight years of night classes... UGH. I love messing with computers and writing code. I work for a refrigeration company as a supervisor for an application support group. I love playing warcraft. Some guys at work got me hooked about a year and a half ago. Before that I played a lot of single player rpgs (really liked teh Morrowind series). I have been playing warcraft for almost 2 years now. I have been married for almost five years now. Playing warcraft every day of the week does draw agro, so I am still trying to work on that. 14) Please list any members of the guild you know that could vouch for you, and how you know them. BarryB was the former GM for LS. I finally met him a few weeks ago at a party along with a bunch of other LS members.

Thank you for your application. Unfortunately we are looking for someone with a bit more healing experience. Thank you for putting in the time to apply, and we wish you the best of luck.
