My warlock macros
These are the most important macros dedicated to my warlock. Maybe it's because I'm a programmer, I just love macros and use them as much as I can. Banish macro: #showtooltip Banish /cast [nomodifier] Banish /cast [modifier:alt] Banish(Rank 1) /focus Very useful with a focus frame, helps me track the mob I'm banishing (in addition to the Forte addon). Also gives me the choice to banish for a shorter duration when I know we'll be ready to attack the target shortly. I use the same principle for Fear. Shadowbolt: #showtooltip Shadow Bolt /use Icon of the Silver Crescent /cast Shadow Bolt /script UIErrorsFrame:Clear() I use my trinket whenever it's available and clear those annoying "That ability is not ready yet" messages. When I'm in a situation where I want tighter control of my trinket, I'll replace the second line with: /use [modifier:alt] Icon of the Silver Crescent I use a similar macro for Incinerate. Curse macro for when I'm SL/SL: #showtooltip Curse of Agony /cast [nomodifier] Curse of Agony /cast [modifier:alt] Amplify Curse /cast [modifier:alt] Curse of Exhaustion
