General Requirements 1. Must be level 80. 2. Must be a reliable, competent raider able to respond to officers and adjust to potential criticism. 3. You must have a good attitude. Drama queens and loot whores can look elsewhere. We don't care if you are God's gift to dps, if people avoid vent or chat because you're in it this isn't the guild for you. 4. Must have Vent (preferably with a working microphone) and the ability to communicate in full sentences. 5. Ability to farm your own consumables, repair money, gems, and enchants. You should plan to flask for most learning raids. If you don't want to, don't bother applying. 6. You must be an active player who is available most raid nights, and has decent play time outside of raids. "Most raid nights" means at least 3 of 4 regular raid nights a week. If you are about to undergo significant RL changes (having a baby, starting school, a new job, etc), think carefully about whether you expect to be able to play in 3 or 6 months time. Be realistic. 7. A reliable internet connection. I'm not talking about a T3 line, but if you're playing off satellite internet in the North Atlantic, it's probably not going to end well. 8. You should be making an effort to avail yourself of all available pre-raiding gear, including heroics and rep gear. We currently raid nightly from 7:00 Server until approximately 10:30-11:00 Server Monday through Thursday. If you can't be on time, don't bother applying. If you have to regularly leave early, ditto. My last guild was Departed. Was in it on my main priest, but since i lost my account with him I lost the spot in departed. Also my absence of 2 months made the Gm not wanting to take me back. 9) What you do think your strengths and weaknesses in raiding are? What aspects of your character are you actively improving? I learn fast, i read/know all strats before coming to a raid. Always flasks/potions/scrolls, proper enchs/gems (bring 100% possible to the raid). Able to stay and come as needed. 10) What is your raiding experience since vanilla WoW? I have started playing as beta wow came out. About 3 years experience. Been to every boss in every raid pre Wotlk. 11) Why do you want to join Lexington in particular? I want to raid and lexington seems to be the right choice of ppl to raid with. 12) Tell us a bit about yourself. How old are you? Do you work or go to school? How long have you played WoW? Add anything else you feel is relevant. 23 years old, in college, played for ~3 years. Can be a valuable asset for the raid, OT/dps spec-class, i will do more dmg than most while TANKING! :D 13) Please list any members of the guild you know that could vouch for you, and how you know them.
