Leaving raids early
Players who leave before the raid is called should give ample notice (30 min - 1 hr preferred) unless there is an emergency. Note: being tired is not an emergency. Those who frequently leave early will have lower priority for raid invites. Those who make leaving suddenly a habit are subject to dismissal so that we can bring in someone that cares about the time of the other raid members.

I may need to leave raid early to make sure I'm getting enough sleep. Dozing off during meetings at work is not an option. One thing we could do as a guild is to start the raids on time or even early. Tonight's raid started around 7 server, but first pull wasn't til 7:20. I'd like to see first pull at 7. Zz..

Since we have players that work in PST, starting earlier really isn't an option---the PST people have to hustle just to make it for OT. I would love for everyone possible to park their toons outside of the instance if they won't be signing on until 6:50, since we know where we are going most night now. I appreciate it when people stay late for raids and try not to do it too frequently. If you can't stay past nominal raid ending, we will try to figure it out on a case by case basis.
