Honeycakes + Raiding Hey everyone,
The past month has been just hell for me. With backtoschool and all the work needed to make these teachers and schools happy ive been coming home very stressed. Raiding fit in very nicely for awhile because i could come home from work and have a beer and raid with bunch of cool people. Unfortunately with having to work days + nights for almost two weeks straight, i burnt myself out. Last week I bought a house, and it honestly added so much more stress to my already full plate. Add to this trying to fit in family time, time for a social life, and time for a girlfriend, I just feel like raiding has been bumped down my priority list a bit. I still love raiding, and i still love progressing with you guys. I just can't justify the time required to raid competatively with you guys right now.
This would be a lot harder of a decision if Wrath wasn't coming up. Also if i had been with you guys for more than just the sunwell guild firsts, i may have fit in with you guys a bit better, or felt a little more accepted.
I appreciate everything this guild has done for me. What it has taught me, and what it has dragged me through. It's been a blast. Maybe you guys will bring me back for instancing/raiding in wrath, once things slow down. *EDITED* Sorry to further the stereotype of pallys.

P.S. I never fell out of the treehouse, keep in touch..you know where to find me.

Stopping raiding for RL reasons is very understandable. Stick around and stay in touch, and when things get better we would love to play with you again. Best of luck.

I feel as though people think my reaction to Talliara was knee-jerk, and just over him leaving the guild. There was history there that brought that argument about. I don't go off on people just because things in their personal lives change. :P ('How DARE Orios become a father, that quitter!')
You are an awesome pally. Hope to see you back sooner rather than later. And hope things RL go well for you. Keep in touch.

Please note this has NOTHING to do with tall or his post, or anyones reactions in his post. This is solely my decision.
Thanks

Didn't suggest that it did. Was just saying that the label of quitter wasn't something that was thrown around lightly, in case the perception was that quitting raiding for any reason whatsoever would get you branded as such. Sorry if I misinterpreted something.

Looks like you have a lot of work ahead of you, and I completely understand wanting to step back from raiding. I wish you success with managing these changes in your life. It was fun raiding with you, hopefully we'll have that pleasure again one day!

It's been fun, Honey. Best of luck collecting achievements IRL, and I hope to see you around again sometime.

See you soon! (I'm not going to say any of that "it was fun!" stuff.)

That is what many seem to be doing, I sure hope you will consider staying in the guild. Leveling in the Xpac will provide a new opportunity for all of us to get to know each other. I for one would like to know you better.
Best of luck with your new house !!!...Jj
