Carlson - Enhancement Shaman

List the last two raiding guilds you were in, with an explanation of how and why you joined and left those guilds. In particular, why do you want to leave your current guild? Apex - I started the guild and was GM for several months, I then took a career where I was working 75 hours per week and turned the control over to Stenicks. I no longer work for that company and am able to raid full time again and am back in the full swing of things as a top officer in the guild. I was with Apex for every single first boss kill in it's existence with exception to Kael'Thas Sunstrider (sigh). The guild has had some major attendance problems and tonight we decided to call it for raiding until WoWTLK (whatever that means). I would like to raid as much as I can until the expansion because I would like to see as much content as I possibly can. 9) What you do think your strengths and weaknesses in raiding are? What aspects of your character are you actively improving? Please link a WWS parse for one of your raids, if you have one. Strengths: Quick Thinker, Good at following directions, both reactive and proactive to most situations, very positive attitude. Weaknesses: Stuck around 1100 dps on melee friendly fights(working on it), could react slightly faster for mother shahraz fight, usually have to see complex fights a few times before i really understand what's going on, 10) What is your raiding experience, both pre- and post-BC? Pre: ZG, MC, AQ20, BWL Post: Kara, Gruul, Mag, ZA (3/4 Timed Events), SSC, TK (3/4), Hyjal, BT (All but Council and Illidan) 11) Why do you want to join Lexington in particular? Looking for a strong group to raid with and no longer have officer responsibilities 12) Is there anything special about your character that we should know that would be useful for raiding?
